Shipping policy

At The Canvas Studio, every piece of wall art is custom-designed using your personal photos and then printed locally to ensure the fastest delivery and highest quality possible.

Because our items are personalized, our fulfillment process operates in two steps: Design & Production, followed by Shipping.

1. Design and Production Time Once your order is placed and your photos are successfully uploaded, our team begins the custom digital editing process.

  • Design Phase: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our artists to professionally edit and format your photos into your custom canvas layout.

  • Production Phase: Once the design is finalized, it is sent to our printing facilities. Please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for your canvas to be printed, framed, and securely packaged.

2. Shipping Destinations and Times To provide you with the fastest and most reliable service, we partner with top-tier printing facilities physically located inside our primary shipping zones. This means your canvas is printed locally, bypassing long international transit times and customs delays.

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days

  • Canada: 3 to 7 business days

  • Australia: 3 to 7 business days

(Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by our local postal carriers and do not include the Design & Production time.)

3. Order Tracking Once your custom canvas has been printed and handed over to the local shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

4. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. (Note to store owner: If you decide to offer Free Shipping, change this line to: "We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the US, Canada, and Australia.")

5. Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our printing facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
