Every item in our store is printed on demand — your order goes into production the moment you place it. Please add 2–5 business days to the shipping estimates above for your total delivery window. During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day) allow an extra 1–3 days.

Our artists create your custom digital proof and send it to your email for review. You can request unlimited free revisions until you're completely happy.

You Approve the Artwork
Once you're happy with the proof, you approve it and we immediately send it to our print fulfilment partner. No approval = no printing, so your order is exactly right.

We're proud to deliver custom portraits to customers in over 100 countries. Here's what you need to know before ordering internationally.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs thresholds before ordering.
Packaging & Declarations
All international parcels are declared at their accurate commercial value as required by law. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue packages on customs forms. All items are packed securely to survive international transit.
Delays at Customs
International shipments can occasionally be held at customs for inspection. This is outside our control and can add 5–10 days to the delivery estimate. Tracking updates may pause during this period — this is normal.
Tracked on Every Order
Every international shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. You can track your parcel through the carrier's website. If tracking stops updating for more than 10 days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.
Yes — but only before your artwork is approved and sent to print. Once production begins, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact us immediately at orders@thecanvasstudio.com if you need to update your address.
Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch. For international orders, tracking may pause during customs processing — this is completely normal. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days, please get in touch.

- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Email us within 7 days of receiving the order
- Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
We can ship to most PO Boxes for standard flat items. For framed or large canvas orders, a physical street address is required as carriers cannot deliver oversized parcels to PO Boxes. APO/FPO addresses are supported for US Military — please allow extra time for delivery.
Yes! We offer a Priority Preview add-on at checkout which moves your artwork to the front of the queue and guarantees your digital proof within 24 hours. You can also select express shipping at checkout for faster delivery after production. For time-sensitive orders, contact us before purchasing and we'll do our best to help.
The most common reasons for delays are:
- Artwork approval is still pending — production doesn't begin until you approve your proof
- Peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) — allow 1–3 extra days
- Customs processing for international orders
- Carrier delays outside our control
If you're concerned, reply to your order confirmation email and we'll look into it right away.
All orders are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will reprint and reship at no cost to you. Simply contact us with your order number and we'll resolve it immediately.
