By accessing or using the The Canvas Studio website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Canvas Studio offers custom pet portrait artwork services, including but not limited to:

• Hand-crafted digital pet portraits in various styles (Renaissance, Military, Modern, and more)
• Canvas prints — both plain and framed — in a range of sizes
• Digital download files suitable for personal printing or digital use
• Accessories such as mugs, phone cases, and other personalised merchandise
• Gift cards redeemable against any product in our store

All custom artwork is created based on photos provided by the customer. Product availability, pricing, and styles may change without prior notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order using an accepted payment method
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• Order confirmation will be sent to your email address immediately upon successful payment
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund

By placing an order you confirm:

• You own the rights to, or have permission to use, all photos you upload
• Uploaded photos are of sufficient quality for portrait creation (clear, well-lit, close-up images)
• You will not upload photos containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material belonging to others

Our artists will create your portrait based on the uploaded photo. We aim to capture your pet's likeness as accurately as possible, however as each portrait is hand-crafted, minor artistic interpretation may apply.

We want you to love your portrait. Our revision policy:

• Free unlimited revisions are included with every order until you are completely satisfied
• Revision requests must be submitted via email, clearly describing the changes required
• We will action revision requests within 1-2 business days
• Once you approve your proof, we proceed to printing — no further changes can be made to digital artwork after approval
• Revision requests that require a complete remake (e.g. changing the pose, style, or subject) may be treated as a new order at our discretion

If you do not respond to your proof within 14 days of delivery, we reserve the right to proceed to print with the current approved version.

• Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout — please ensure accuracy as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses
• Estimated shipping timeframes are displayed at checkout and are estimates only — delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure are outside our control
• Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders as displayed on our website — thresholds and eligibility may change
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

We stand behind the quality of every portrait we create. Our guarantee:

• 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you are not happy with your final product, contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Damaged or defective items will be reprinted or fully refunded — please photograph and email evidence within 7 days of receipt
• As custom products are made to your specific order, we do not accept returns for change of mind once artwork has been approved and production has begun
• Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered to your email
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

All artwork created by The Canvas Studio remains the intellectual property of The Canvas Studio until full payment is received, at which point you are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the portrait for personal purposes.

• You may print, display, and share your portrait for personal, non-commercial use
• You may not resell, sublicense, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without our written consent
• All website content including images, text, designs, and branding are the property of The Canvas Studio and protected by copyright
• By uploading photos, you grant us a limited licence to use those images solely for the purpose of creating your order

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the proper working of our website
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, and ban users who violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Canvas Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
