Absolutely! We offer portraits with up to 6 pets in a single image. Simply select the correct number of pets during checkout and upload a photo that includes all of them, or upload separate photos and leave a note for our artists.

Yes! Our gift cards are available in various amounts and are delivered instantly by email. They never expire and can be used toward any product in our store — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any pet lover in your life.

Of course! Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. We never include prices in our packaging, and we can add a personalised gift message if you leave one in the order notes.

Our artists will have your digital proof ready and sent to your email within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day) this may extend slightly — we'll always communicate if there are any delays.

We offer free unlimited revisions on every order. If anything doesn't look quite right — the colour, expression, background, or any detail — simply reply to your proof email with your feedback and we'll update it within 1-2 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate is applied at checkout based on your location.

We take great care in packaging your portrait, but on rare occasions damage can occur in transit. If this happens, please:

• Include your order number and photos

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

As every portrait is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once your artwork has been approved and production has begun. However, if you're unhappy with the quality for any reason, our satisfaction guarantee means we will always make it right.
