Once you have your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email, you can paste it directly into your carrier's website for the most up-to-date information. Printify uses various carriers — your shipping email will specify which one.
Can't Find Your Tracking Email?
Check your spam or junk folder. Shipping emails come from our store address. If it's been more than 7 business days since you approved your proof and you haven't received a tracking email, contact us.

It can take up to 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking to show activity. International orders may pass through multiple carriers — if tracking stops updating, try the 17Track universal tracker or your national postal service website.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund — whatever you prefer.
